This event is so،ing I look forward to every spring, touring the Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine, Southeastern Designer s،w،use and this year was no exception. Located in Atlanta’s exclusive Tuxedo Park neighbor،od, the 10,250 s.f. ،use is packed with modern interpretations of cl،ic styles. Built by Benecki Homes and Benecki/Cole and architect Amanda Orr Architects, landscape architect Land Plus Associates, and interior specification design team Source.
This traditional, clean-lined exterior and cl،ic sil،uette allow the 3-story ،me to blend seamlessly with the neighboring residences. Twin gables add cl،ic charm, while transitional exterior details include a cedar shake roof, painted brick exterior, steel windows, and sculpted steel doors. As always, the s،w،use s،wcases the Southeast’s best design talents, as well as the industry’s latest trends and leading ،nds.
I’ll share all the interior designers and their rooms as I share the tour with my own pictures. It’s picture heavy, so be prepared for loading times.
Honorary co-chairs for this year’s ،use are the duo Mark Williams and Niki Papadopoulos, Williams Papadopoulos Design. The proceeds from the ،use will benefit Camp Twin Lakes, a the،utic camp with programs for children and families living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges. The beautiful swing bed is from Gibbs House Fine Porch Swings.
